The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, samples of the natural stone walling shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The stone thus approved shall be laid in coursing to match that of the existing walls. All pointing shall be in lime putty bagged flush with the face of the stone. Details of the means of spanning structural openings, window surrounds, quoins, kneelers, band or string courses shall be approved in the same manner.
Reason: To ensure the historic and architectural character and appearance of the conservation area is properly preserved or enhanced, in accordance with Policies CB3 and CB4 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policy ENV13 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review First Deposit (June 2002).
Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the proposed tiles to be used, a sample of at least four tiles to provide a representative range of the colour and texture of the tile, together with any ridge details, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed door(s) showing design, sections, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

All new or replacement rainwater goods shall be in black painted cast iron

The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until the access, turning area and parking facilities shown on the approved plan have been properly consolidated, surfaced, drained and otherwise constructed in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and these areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for those uses at all times.
Reason - In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the free flow of traffic using the adjoining highway.
No development shall take place within the area indicated (this would be the area of archaeological interest) until the applicants, or their agents or successors in title, has secured the implementation of a programme of archaeological work in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which has been submitted by the applicant and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To protect archaeological interest on the site.
The building hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwellings known as The Cross and The Haven.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
