The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of 5 years beginning with the date of the grant of this consent.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 18 (1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The hereby approved development shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the amended drawing No. 544/001a, received on 6th August 2003.
Reason- To define the planning permission and for the avoidance of doubt.
Notwithstanding what is shown on the approved drawing, the apparatus subject of this planning permission shall be painted grey (BS 5252F-18 B21) before the apparatus is first brought into use. The apparatus shall thereafter be maintained in the approved colour.
Reason- In the interests of safeguarding the character and appearance of the listed building and the visual amenity of the conservation area.
Before the installation and use of the site of the approved apparatus is carried out, details of a scheme for acoustic housing and vibration isolation shall be submitted for the written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The equipment shall be implemented and retained in its approved form.
Reason- In the interests of local residential amenity .
The "Rating Level" of noise from the extraction system shall not increase the existing background noise level whilst in operation. The noise level shall be determined at a point one metre in front of the most affected facade of any noise sensitive premises. The measurements and assessments shall be made in accordance with B54142: 1997.
Reason - In the interests of safeguarding the amenity of the local area.
