This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The premises shall be used as a dwellinghouse with ancillary bed and breakfast accommodation utilising not more than three bedrooms, and for no other purpose.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
The change of use hereby permitted shall not commence until an area has been laid out, consolidated, surfaced and drained within the application site for the parking of six cars, and for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in a forward gear. This area shall thereafter be retained and kept available for those uses at all times.
Reason - To minimise the likelihood of indiscriminate parking in the interests of highway safety.
