The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of 5 years beginning with the date of the grant of this consent.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 18 (1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended block plan, floor plans and elevations received on 22nd September 2003.
Reason - To define the permission.
Samples of the external wall and roof materials of the extension shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
The velux roof lights in the side (north-west) elevation of the chapel shall be conservation type. Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed rooflights showing design, materials and profile shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy CB11 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policies ENV15 and ENV16 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review First Deposit (June 2002).
Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed window(s) showing design, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason -To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy CB11 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policy ENV15 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review First Deposit (June 2002).

Details of all new internal joinery including the staircase, gallery and first floor storage units to the first floor bedroom showing the fixings to the existing timber balustrade shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before this area of work is commenced.
