This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The proposed two new dwellings would result in an overdevelopment of the site, out of character with the area and with no on-site turning facility. The lack of turning space would exacerbate a problem which already exists at this end of Chestnut Close when the adjacent parking bay is full and there is nowhere for vehicles to turn. The proposal is therefore contrary to policy H8 in the Wychavon District Local Plan and policy GD2 in the Wychavon District Local Plan (Revised Deposit).
