This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Before it is first brought into use, the building hereby approved shall be painted dark green: BS 12 C 39 2.5GY 3/4 or another colour to be agreed beforehand in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The building shall thereafter be maintained in that colour unless otherwise agreed with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - In the interests of local visual amenity.
The building shall only be used to store agricultural machinery ancillary to the land on which the building is to be constructed on ad for no other purpose within Class B8 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes Order) 1987.
Reason - To protect the amenities of the area and to comply with Planning Policies, which seek to regulate the location of agricultural storage and distribution.
