This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. Details of the form, colour and finish of the materials to be used externally on the walls and roofs shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  3. There shall be no open storage of materials or equipment on the site. Any waste materials shall be kept in suitable containers and in positions on the site all as agreed, in writing, by the Local Planning Authority. These details shall be submitted and approved before the development hereby permitted is first commenced.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.

  4. Before any work commences on site, full details of the proposed location of the building hereby approved shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  5. The building hereby approved shall be used solely for agricultural storage in connection with the agricultural use of the surrounding land.
