The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended floor plans and elevations received on 1 August 2003.
Reason - To define the permission.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, or as subsequently amended, no new openings shall be inserted at first floor level into the side of the extension hereby approved, without the prior approval of the Local Planning Authority to an application on that behalf.
