This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The stables and menage hereby approved shall only be used privately, and shall not be used for any trade, business or equestrian enterprise whatsoever.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.

  2. Foundry sand must not be used as a surface material for the proposed menage. Due to the nature of foundry sand, such material is not considered to be suitable for this use.

    Reason - To assist in preventing the site from potentially becoming contaminated land as defined under Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

  3. The development, hereby permitted, shall be used solely for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house and for no other purpose.

    Reason - To retain planning control over the use of the building hereby approved.
