  2. Samples of the external facing bricks and roof materials shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  3. The garage hereby approved shall only be used for the domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic use of the dwelling and shall not be used for commercial or business purposes or converted into habitable accommodation.

    Reason - To ensure the garage remains available for the property and to ensure the provision of adequate off street parking.
