This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 18 September 2003.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  3. The mast and equipment cabin shall be finished in a colour to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, before it is first brought into use, and shall be retained as such thereafter.

    Reason - In the interests of visual amenity.

  4. The existing adjacent mast and associated equipment shall be dismantled and removed from the site within one month from the date that the new mast hereby approved is first erected.

    Reason - In the interest of the visual amenity of the area.

  5. The mast and associated equipment hereby approved shall be dismantled and removed from the site, and the land restored to its former condition, if it is no longer required for telecommunication purposes.

    Reason - In the interest of the amenity of the area.
