    Reason - It is considered that the property development would adversely affect the amenities of the adjoining residential properties because it would overlook that property and destroy its privacy.

  3. Notwithstanding the details shown on the approved plan, the area shown to be UPVC cladding, shall be rendered to match the existing building.
