The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Samples of the external facing bricks and roof materials shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed windows to match those in the existing dwelling showing the design, materials, sections through glazing bars, method of opening and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure the windows match those in the existing building and to ensure that the architectural interest of the building is maintained.
The extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as White Lodge, Ombersley Road, Droitwich.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality and to ensure that the annex remains an integral part of the dwelling house and does not become severed from the main dwelling in an area of open countryside where new dwellings would not normally be permitted..
