The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan and to the amended plans received on 5th September 2003.
Reason - To define the permission.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until details for access and parking for 2 vehicles have been submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and such areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for those uses at all times.
Reason - In the interests of highway safety.
The development, hereby permitted, shall be used solely for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house and for no other purpose.
Reason - To retain planning control over the use of the building hereby approved.
No further windows or doors shall be installed in the side elevations of the extension hereby permitted.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of adjoining properties.
