This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The hereby approved development shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the amended drawing No. 1763/02 received on 21st August 2003.
Reason - To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt.
No development shall take place until samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the glasshouse hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
Details of foul and surface water drainage for the development shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences. The drainage works shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details before the related building is first brought into use.
Reason - To ensure that a satisfactory means of drainage is available to serve the development.
The boundary hedge to the south west facing the Great Comberton to Pershore Road shall be retained in its entirety and maintained at a height not less than four metres above ground level (taken from a point immediately adjacent to the base of any free or plant within the hedge to be tended).
Reason - In the interests of visual amenity and maintaining a natural screen between the development and the public domain.
