    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.

  4. The landing window to the rear elevation of the extension hereby approved shall be obscure glazed and shall remain obscure glazed at all times.

    Reason - In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring property.
