  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.

  3. Notwithstanding what is shown on the approved drawing no. 533/02 received on 25th July 2003, the roof over the first floor side extension hereby approved shall have a hipped roof at an angle which shall match that of the existing roof.

    Reason - In the interests of visual amenity.
