This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The permission shall relate to the amended plans dated 19th September 2003 and no other.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  3. Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the proposed brick to be used, a sample of at least four bricks to provide a representative range of colour and texture of the brick, together with a specification of the motar mix, pointing profile and finish, joining width and bond of brickwork, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the adjacent Listed Building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV16 of the Wychavon District Council Local Plan Review (Revised Deposit) 1996-2011.

  4. Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the proposed tiles to be used, a sample of at least four tiles to provide a representative range of the colour and texture of the tile, together with any ridge details and details of methods of lead flashings, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the adjacent Listed Building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV 16 of the Wychavon District Council Local Plan REview (Revised Deposit) 1996-201.

  5. Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed window(s) showing design, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the adjacent Listed Building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV16 of the Wychavon District Council Local Plan Review (Revised Deposit) 1996-2011.

  6. Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed door(s) showing design, sections, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the adjacent Listed Building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV16 of the Wychavon District Council Local Plan Review (Revised Deposit) 1996-2011.

  7. The garage hereby approved shall only be used for the domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic use of the dwelling and shall not be used for commercial or business purposes or converted into habitable accommodation.

    Reason - In order to prevent the overdevelopment of the site and to protect the amenities of the area.
