The proposed creation of two new flats in addition to the existing one on the application site would, by virtue of the limited available car parking space constitute an overdevelopment of the site. The development would be likely to result in additional parking in the road thereby impeding the freeflow of traffic in the area. The proposal is therefore contrary to policy H27 in the Wychavon District Local Plan and Policy GD2 in the Wychavon District Local Plan Revised Deposit.
