This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until the access, turning area and parking facilities shown on the approved plan have been properly consolidated, surfaced, drained and otherwise constructed in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and these areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for those uses at all times.

    Reason - In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the free flow of traffic using the adjoining highway.

  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order, no buildings, walls, fences or other structures shall be erected within the site without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - The site lies beyond the defined development boundary for Wickhamford in an exposed location. It is necessary to control the future development of this site in the interests of visual amenity and the protection of the rural setting of the village.
