The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
The stables hereby permitted, shall be erected only in lieu of, and not in addition to the stables and tack room granted by decision reference W/94/1578 dated 23.10.95.
Reason - To prevent overdevelopment of the site.
There shall be no floodlighting or other means of artificial illumination erected on or around the stables hereby approved without the prior approval of the Local Planning Authority to an application on that behalf.
Reason - To preserve the visual amenities of this rural locality.
