Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 18 (1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the external walls hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
Samples of the external roof materials shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.
