    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.

  4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, no further windows shall be inserted in the south and east elevations of the garage hereby approved.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of adjoining properties.

  5. The existing side wall to the north boundary shall be permanently retained as shown on the approved plan, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

  6. The garage hereby approved shall only be used for the domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic use of the dwelling and shall not be used for commercial or business purposes or converted into habitable accommodation.
