This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. No development shall take place until a scheme for provision of screen walls/fences has been submitted to, and approved by, the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  3. The screen wall referred to in condition number 2 shall be erected before the dwellings hereby approved are occupied.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  4. The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until the parking facilities shown on the approved plan have been properly consolidated, surfaced, drained and otherwise constructed in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and these areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for the parking of vehicles.

    Reason - In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the free flow of traffic using the adjoining highway.
