The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Prior to any building first being commenced, a precise specification of the proposed brick to be used, a sample of at least four bricks to provide a representative range of the colour and texture of the bricks, together with a specification of proposed mortar mix, pointing profile and finish, jointing width and bond of the brickwork, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure the special historical and architectural character of both the Listed Building (and its setting) and Conservation Area are properly preserved or enhanced, in accordance with Policies ENV13, ENV15 and ENV16 of the Wychavon District Council Local Plan Review Revised Deposit (1996-2011).
