The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended block plan & elevations received on 12.09.03.
Reason - To define the permission.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
No development shall take place until a schedule of plants noting species, plant sizes & proposed numbers & densities to be planted in the ....... between the fence & the footpath has been submitted to & approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved landscaping shall be planted in the first available planting season after the date of the relocation of the fence. If any of the plants die or become diseased within five years of the date of planting they shall be replaced with the same species.
