Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 18 (1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed doors showing design, sections, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy CB11 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policy ENV15 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review Second Deposit (July 2003).
