The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 22nd September 2003.
Reason - To define the permission.
The materials to be used in the construction of the brick piers hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing buildings.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing buildings.
The existing hedge adjoining the public right of way to the east of the property shall be retained and maintained at a height no lower than 1.8 metres in height at all times. If the hedge were to die or become diseased it shall be replaced with the same species of hedge to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
