This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The hereby approved development shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the amended drawings No. 525/004C received on 24th September 2003.

    Reason - To define the permission in the interests of clarity.

  3. Details of the form, colour and finish of the materials to be used externally on the walls and roofs shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  4. The premises shall be used only for the purpose specified in the application and for no other purpose, including any purpose within class D1 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes Order) 1987, as amended, unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand with the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - In the interests of preserving the amenities of neighbouring occupiers.

  5. There shall be no use of amplified music in the hall between 2200 hours in any day and 0900 hours the following day.

    Reason - In the interests of preserving the amenities of neighbouring occupiers.

  6. No development shall take place within the area indicated (this would be the area of archaeological interest) until the applicants, or their agents or successors in title, has secured the implementation of a programme of archaeological work in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which has been submitted by the applicant and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To protect archaeological interest on the site.
