This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension and the bricks to be used in the construction of the facing brickwork of the conservatory hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
Notwithstanding the details shown on the approved plan, the first floor study and ensuite windows in the site (south-east) elevation of the extension hereby approved shall be obscure glazed, and shall remain as such in perpetuity. Notwithstanding the provision of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, or as subsequently amended, no further opening shall be inserted at first floor level into the side elevation, without the prior approval of the Local Planing Authority to an application on that behalf.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
