This decision is subject to the following conditions:

The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.

Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
Any buildings erected on the site shall be used solely in connection with the on-site recreational activities hereby permitted. In particular the pool hall hereby approved shall only be used by occupiers of the caravans on the site, their visitors, and users of the sports facilities on the site. The pool hall shall not be used for any open functions without the express written consent of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason - The pool hall has only been approved in the open countryside to provide ancillary facilities for users and occupiers of the sports and leisure facilities and caravans. Open social facilities in this location would be contrary to established planning policies.
