The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 9th September 2003.

This permission shall enure for Mr Mark Drinkwater, the applicant, only and shall not enure for the benefit of the land.
Reason - To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the building in the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring properties.
The building shall be used for the activities and processes described in the applicant's accompanying letter of the 17th August 2003 and for no other purpose, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing adjoining farm buildings.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
The development hereby approved shall not commence until plans showing proposed tree and shrub planting is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be planted within the first available planting season from the date that the works are substantially completed. The approved planting shall be retained and if any part of the planting scheme is removed or dies or in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority is damaged within the first five years of planting, it shall be replaced in the same position with the same species as originally planted.
