This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of 5 years beginning with the date of the grant of this consent.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 18 (1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

  2. Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the proposed slates to be used, a sample of at least four slates to provide a representative range of the colour and texture, together with any ridge details and details of methods of lead flashings, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy CB11 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policy ENV15 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review Second Deposit (July 2003).

  3. All new or replacement rainwater goods shall be in black painted cast iron.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy CB11 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policy ENV15 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review Second Deposit (July 2003).
