This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. Samples of the external facing bricks and roof materials shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  3. Prior to any building works being first commenced, a detailed specification of the new weatherboarding showing the dimensions, profile and a description of the stain or paint finish to be applied to the boarding and maintained in perpetuity thererafter shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To ensure the historic and architectural character and appearance of the conservation area is properly preserved or enhanced, in accordance with Policies CB3 and CB4 of the Adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (January 1998) and Policy ENV13 of the Wychavon District Local Plan Review Second Deposit (July 2003).

  4. The extension (building) hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as Court House, Atch Lench, Evesham.

    Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
