Decision: Approved - Change of Use
This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 4.11.03.
Reason - To define the permission.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing garage.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
The annexe of the extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as Woodhouse Farm, Chatley, Droitwich.
Reason - To ensure that the annexe remains an integral part of the dwellinghouse and does not become severed from the main dwelling in an area of open countryside where new dwellings would not be permitted.
Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved, the internal layout of the dwelling shall be laid out and constructed in accordance with the approved plans (no. 03/3586) and thereafter permanently retained, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that there remains an internal link to the main dwelling and to ensure that the annexe remains an inegral part of the dwellinghouse and does not become severed from where new dwellings would not be permitted.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, Schedule 2, of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, as amended, or any subsequent Order revoking or re-enacting that Order, no further windows shall be inserted in the west elevation of the building/extensions hereby approved without an express grant of planning permission under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Reason: To preserve the amenities of adjoining properties.
