This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plans and to the amended plans received on 23rd September 2003.
Reason - To define the permission.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
The development shall not be brought into use until a minimum of 3 parking spaces have been provided within the curtilage of the site and thereafter all of those spaces kept available for such purposes.
Reason - In the interest of highway safety.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town & Country Planning General Permitted Development Order no windows or other openings shall be inserted within the side elevation of the extension hereby approved.
Reason - In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring property.
