This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. No development shall take place until samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension and detached garage hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - Details shown on the drawings are not satisfactory.

  3. The garage hereby approved shall only be used for the domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic use of the dwelling and shall not be used for commercial or business purposes or converted into habitable accommodation.

    Reason - In order to prevent the overdevelopment of the site and to protect the amenities of the area.
