This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed windows showing design, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV15 of the Wychavon District Council Local Plan Review (Revised Deposit) 1996-2011.
Prior to any building work first being commenced, details of the proposed new timber framing, using traditional methods with pegged mortice and tenon joints, as well as details of method of infilling panels, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV15 of the Wychavon District Council Local Plan Review (Revised Deposit) 1996-2011.
Following completion of the building operations for which consent is hereby granted all "making good" of the existing building shall be carried out in materials, which match those, used in the existing building to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
