This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

  2. The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 19th November 2003.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  3. The garage hereby approved shall only be used for the domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic use of the dwelling and shall not be used for commercial or business purposes or converted into habitable accommodation.

    Reason - In order to prevent the overdevelopment of the site and to protect the amenities of the area.

  4. Details of the form, colour and finish of the materials to be used externally on the walls and roofs shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory in the grounds of the Listed Building.

  5. Details of the external finish of the windows and doors shall be agreed, in writing, by the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.

    Reason - To ensure the development is visually satisfactory in the grounds of the Listed Building.
