The property as extended would be unduly bulky and overbearing in its relationship with other properties with harm caused to their amenities. The proposal is therefore contrary to policies GD2 and SUR1A of the Wychavon District Local Plan Revised Second Deposit .
The measurements for the car park indicated as space number 3 on the amended plan would result in part of a vehicle being parked in the highway and would be contrary to the interests of highway safety.
