This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Samples of the roof slates/tiles shall be subject to the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before work commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, a detailed specification of the new weatherboarding showing the dimensions, profile and a description of the stain or paint finish to be applied to the boarding and maintained in perpetuity thereafter shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure that the special character and interest of the barn conversions is preserved.
The garage hereby approved shall only be used for the domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic use of the dwelling and shall not be used for commercial or business purposes or converted into habitable accommodation.
Reason - In order to prevent the overdevelopment of the site and to protect the amenities of the area.
The permission shall relate to the originally submitted plan(s) and to the amended plans received on 27th October 2003.
