This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
No development shall take place until samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extensions hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
The garage hereby approved shall only be used for the domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic use of the dwelling and shall not be used for commercial or business purposes or converted into habitable accommodation.
Reason - In order to prevent the overdevelopment of the site and to protect the amenities of the area.
The hedgegrow to the frontage of the property shall be retained at all times and if any of it was to become diseased or die it shall be replanted with he same species of hedge to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
The development, hereby permitted, shall be used solely for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house and for no other purpose.
Reason - To retain planning control over the use of the building hereby approved.
