  2. The facing brickwork to be used in the construction of the hereby-approved conservatory shall match that used in the existing dwellinghouse.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.

  3. The sections, which are constructed, of transparent materials on the approved plan shall be retained as such and no other materials substituted without the approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

    Reason - To define the permission and protect and enhance the amenities of the neighbouring properties.
