This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Having regard to the size and shape of the plot, it is considered that its development with one dwelling would be out of keeping with the pattern of development established locally. It is also likely to be harmful to the amenities of the occupiers of adjoining properties by virtue of overlooking; and would result in a low level of amenity for the occupiers of the new dwelling by virtue of an inadequate level of private amenity space.

    The proposal is therefore contrary to policies H8 and H19 in the Wychavon District Local Plan and policy GD2 in the Wychavon District Local Plan (Revised Deposit).
