The materials shown on the approved plan shall be used and no others substituted without the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
The only fences/hedgerow to be removed shall be the small section defined 'Existing Fence and Hedgerow to be removed to accommodate construction work' on the submitted plans. All other hedgerow adjoining the site shall be retained.
Reason - To define the permission and to preserve the amenities of the locality.
