This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The garage hereby approved shall only be used for the domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic use of the dwelling and shall not be used for commercial or business purposes or converted into habitable accommodation.
Reason - In order to prevent the overdevelopment of the site and to protect the amenities of the area.
The existing hedge along the northern boundary of the site, alongside Pudding Alley, shall be retained and maintained at a height not less than 2 metres above the ground level of the approved garage.
Reason - In the interests of visual amenity.
