This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Before work commences on site the colour of the box profile cladding to the walls shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
Before any of the offices are occupied a plan showing a dedicated area of 25 car parking spaces on the Business Park shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. This area shall thereafter be retained and kept available for use by the occupiers of the offices.
Reason - To minimise the likelihood of indiscriminate parking in the interests of highway safety.
The premises shall be used for Class B1 only under the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 and for no other purpose.
Reason - To define the use of the premises.
