This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extensions hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.
The hereby approved development shall be carried out in accordance with the design and details shown on the amended plan No. C1043/1B received on 18th November 2003.
Reason- In the interests of visual amenity and for the avoidance of doubt.
The extension hereby approved shall not be occupied until an area has been laid out, consolidated, surfaced and drained to the front of the property for the parking of 3 cars. This area shall be thereafter retained and kept available for that use at all times.
Reason- To minimise the likelihood of indiscriminate parking in the interests of highway safety.
