This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Details of the form, finish and materials of the house shall be agreed, in writing, by the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
The permission shall relate to the amended plan(s) dated 7th January 2004 and no other.
Reason - To define the permission.
No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a plan indicating the positions, design, materials and type of boundary treatment to be erected. The boundary treatment shall be completed before the use hereby permitted is commenced or before the house occupied or in accordance with a timetable agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason - In order to ensure that there is an acceptable form of screening with adjacent properties.
