    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.

  3. The permission hereby approved shall be implemented in accordance with the amended plans received on 21st November 2003, drawing numbers PCM/RH 02 Rev A and PCM/RH04 Rev A, and drawing numbers PCM/RH 01, PCM/RH 03, PCM/RH 05 - 11.
